The Challenge
Writing the note while listening splits the clinician's attention between the patient and the record — and leaving it for later costs time and detail.
The Architecture Built
A web application where the clinician picks the patient, starts the consultation or uploads a recording, and receives the written note to review. The home screen shows what is ready for review, and the Viva assistant answers questions about earlier consultations.
The Outcome
A consultation in which the clinician talks to the patient and the note is ready to review when the conversation ends.
