Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zirtuno.com and of the contact channels on it, operated by Zirtuno ("Zirtuno", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site or writing to us through it, you agree to these Terms.

Introduction

Welcome to Zirtuno. We are a digital studio in Curitiba, Brazil, and we build complete digital ecosystems: software, AI, automation, data, branding and marketing, connected into one structure. These Terms set out what you can expect from this site and what we expect in return, so please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, ask us through the contact form before relying on it.

Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing this site, sending an enquiry or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Where you and Zirtuno sign a proposal or contract, that document governs the engagement it describes and prevails over these Terms wherever the two differ.

What this site is

zirtuno.com presents Zirtuno's work, services and method. It is an informational site. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote or a commitment to deliver, and descriptions of services, timelines or results are illustrative until they are agreed in writing.

Enquiries and applications

The contact form delivers your message to a Zirtuno inbox so we can reply. Sending it starts a conversation and nothing more: it creates no client relationship, no employment relationship and no obligation on either side. When you write to us, you agree to:

  • give accurate information about yourself and what you are asking for;
  • send only material you are entitled to share;
  • hold back confidential information until a confidentiality agreement is in place, if you need one; and
  • not use the form for unsolicited promotion or automated submissions.

How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Engagements

Every project is agreed on its own terms. Before any work begins, we set out in writing:

  • Scope: what will be built, and what will not.
  • Deliverables and schedule: what you receive, and when.
  • Fees and payment: the price, and how it is invoiced.
  • Ownership: how rights in the work pass to you.

Work requested beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately and begins only once you approve it.

Portfolio and concept work

Some pieces shown on this site are concepts or architectures rather than delivered client projects, and they are labelled as such where they appear. Client names, marks and results are published only with that client's permission.

Intellectual property

The Zirtuno name and mark, the copy, the visual design, the motion and the code behind this site belong to Zirtuno. Client marks and work shown in the portfolio remain the property of their owners.

You are welcome to link to this site and to quote it with attribution. You may not:

  • reproduce the site, or substantial parts of it, without written permission;
  • present its copy, design or code as your own; or
  • use the Zirtuno name or mark in a way that suggests an endorsement we have not given.

Acceptable use

Use the site as it is meant to be used. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, work around its protections (including the limit on how often the contact form can be sent), or collect its content with automated tools in a way that burdens it.

Availability

We work to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on your device, in particular the animated liquid field, which needs WebGL, fall back to a static alternative rather than failing, and the full content of every page remains readable without them.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We take care to keep its content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose, and nothing on it is professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zirtuno is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited, including those you may have under Brazil's Consumer Defence Code where it applies. Liability within an engagement is governed by that engagement's contract.

Links to other sites

The site may link to profiles and pages run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Curitiba, Paraná, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law guarantees you a different venue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the site and the studio change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
