We are a small, multidisciplinary team, organised by function rather than by title. If you build things that have to hold up after the launch, we would like to know you exist.

No list of openings

Zirtuno keeps no public board of vacancies, and no form with a dropdown of roles that do not exist yet. A stale opening costs a real person real effort, so we do the opposite: we read what arrives, and a good fit starts a conversation.

How the studio is organised

Six functions, each owning a real part of the work. Most people here are strong in one and useful in a second. That overlap is what lets a small team carry a whole ecosystem.

Strategy: reading the business, and deciding what the ecosystem has to do
Design: interfaces, systems and the visual language they share
Engineering: the software, platforms and integrations that hold it all together
AI & Automation: agents and workflows that take repeated work off people's hands
Branding: identity, voice and the marks carried across every surface
Content & Growth: the words, campaigns and data that bring the right people in

What we look for

Range over specialism

A complete ecosystem is one argument told across strategy, design, engineering and growth. We would rather work with someone who can follow that argument end to end than with a specialist who hands it off at the border.

Finished, not just shipped

The details that survive contact with a real user are the ones nobody was asked to fix. If you notice the descender that gets clipped and the state nobody designed, you will recognise how this studio works.

Discretion

Much of the work is done in someone else's name. The mantra on the homepage is not decoration: we are about being felt, remembered and carried forward, not about appearing.
